BT SVAP LLC has completed the execution of the contract with C&I Rusland B.V. ("McDermott") for the manufacture of pipe bends from 45 to 30 degrees by mechanical action.

The difficulty lay in the non-standard chemical composition of the metal, which, under temperature conditions, can change its chemical composition of the metal.

BT SVAP LLC specialists managed to achieve a positive result with the help of non-standard equipment manufactured by our forces and by competently adjusting the coolant supply to the place of mechanical impact and choosing the setting of equipment modes in order to avoid overheating of the branches and changing their chemical composition during overheating.
