The first commission bench tests of full-scale pipe samples with applied protective / insulating coatings of third-party organizations were carried out on the basis of the "SVAP-SOUTH" Production and Logistics Complex in Astrakhan, according to the developed test program and methodology.

The tests were carried out in the presence of specialists from Gazprom PJSC, GAZPROM INVEST LLC, GAZPROM REMONT, Gazprom Gaznadzor LLC, using original stands manufactured by BT SVAP LLC, which allow regulating the design loads on protective coatings within a wide range.

The tests carried out showed the efficiency of the certified bench equipment, the competence and professionalism of the specialists of BT SVAP LLC, and also received a positive assessment from the representatives of the divisions and subsidiaries of PJSC GAZPROM present.

BT SVAP LLC plans to expand the range of services for testing various materials and structures used to protect and insulate pipelines for various purposes.
